Hi, my name is Anastasia and being apart of the massage community as a licensed massage therapist has given me great joy because of the relief it brings to others. As a graduate from The Crystal Mountain Institute I am privileged to have learned from such great instructors. Learning how to use my hands as tools for my practice has allowed me to bring joy and relaxation to others with basic Swedish techniques! Our bodies go through stress every day whether it be physical or emotional. A basic swedish massage can help relieve the body from pains, anxiety,  and stress from everyday life. Aroma therapy can also help deepen relaxation and can be added onto any massage upon request. A happy body is a healthy body!
